The Private Culinary Experience invites you to taste Puerto Rico like never before—through an intimate, personalized culinary evening curated and cooked right in your space.

Chef Melody will arrive early to transform your setting into a cozy, flavorful corner of Puerto Rican culture. You’ll enjoy a full dinner with dessert, choosing between Plated or Family-Style Service. Optional upgrades include appetizers, handcrafted drinks, ambient décor, or even a live Puerto Rican cooking class.

Throughout the evening, Melody shares heartfelt stories of her culinary journey—from her grandmothers’ kitchens in Corozal and Naguabo to her mission work in Guatemala, Thailand, and beyond. Her warm energy and cultural storytelling make the meal feel as personal as it is delicious.

This is more than a meal—it’s a celebration of heritage, flavor, and connection.

1. Steak, Sazón & Sabrosura

  • Entrée: Grilled skirt steak with chimichurri
  • Sides: Stewed beans, white rice, sweet plantains
  • Salad: Spring greens with red onion, cranberries & vinaigrette
  • Dessert: Traditional Puerto Rican mojadito cake

2. El Clásico Criollo

  • Entrée: Slow-roasted pork shoulder with arroz con gandules
  • Sides: Green beans sautéed with garlic
  • Salad: Spring greens with cranberries and walnuts
  • Dessert: Creamy cheese flan with guava sauce

3. Isla Italiana

  • Entrée: Classic beef & sausage lasagna
  • Sides: Crab-filled tostones
  • Salad: Caesar with shaved parmesan
  • Dessert: Carlota de limón (zesty chilled lime dessert)

Optional Appetizers (add-on):
 Codfish fritters, cornmeal sorullitos, beef or crab alcapurrias, guava pastelillos, crispy cheese with guava sauce, and more.

What Do Guests Need to Provide?

Nothing but the space. Please ensure:

  • A functioning indoor kitchen (stovetop required)
  • A dining table and serving utensils (in same level as kitchen preferred)
  • Early access (minimum 2 hours before dinner service)

Important Notes:

  • Minimum: 4 guests / Maximum: 15 guests
  • Beverages not included (mocktails and wine pairing available as upgrades)
  • Vegetarian and dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice
  • Chef will not enter the property alone; if unattended access is needed, prior approval is required
  • Locations with stairs or difficult access may incur an additional fee

Appetizer service adds 45 minutes to the total experience

  • No refunds within 48 hours of scheduled experience
